The DPI (dots per inch) of your photo should be 300 or higher. The lower the DPI, the lower quality of your image.

Your image size should fit in the 13" wide by 15" high print area. Please note that your image will be sized to fit the printable area size.We need a PNG file at the print size needed with a transparent background. We don't have an art department to handle other file types. Please let us know if this will be an issue for you and we will work together to find you a designer who can help.

Colors vary between different monitors and definitely vary between monitors and printers.

The colors of the shirt will change some print colors (like a yellow shirt turning blue to green). Depending on the image we might recommend printing an under base and an additional charge will apply. Some of the lighter colors (Like the red and pink) might have a slight pretreament box on it prior to washing if white ink is printed onto it. It will washout with the first wash.

Care Instructions:

Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Medium iron. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
